Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections - Bellevue

This facility is good, nice atmosphere. The food is ok, more selection would be nice. They do housekeeping once a week and do a good job. Communication with the family is good. They offer a variety of activities. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Our family had an in person tour and the place itself was beautiful, the activities seemed great, but the person who was giving the tour was not good. They never reached out for follow ups, we were shown a different room, then told they had no openings but would call us in a few days for a follow up and when a room would be available. We never received that call and it was just weird from the beginning.
