Decent but needs improvement

In the memory care unit, one of the things we are having issues with is the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The rest of the facility is sparkling and well taken care of, but I do not feel that they are always cleaned in memory care and she does not have the mental capability to do it herself. They are not cleaning under her nails and I am having issues booking a hair appointment as well. If someone is out the day of her showers, she will not get a shower that day and they do not make up for it. The food is really goo…

Good community, too far from family to visit for my loved one.

This was a friendly and nice community. The cost was more than we watned to spend.

A warm welcome

I recently moved my parents into Villas of Hollybrook from out of state. It was challenging on many levels and the staff was exceptional in helping navigate all challenges! They made sure we had all the paperwork ahead of time as well as identifying all of the other "to-dos". When my parents arrived, they were welcomed with open arms. A great place

I would highly recommend this community for you or your loved one and I have already told some people about this community. The staff that I have encountered have been very helpful and open with all of the residents there that I have witnessed. They have tea times for the women like a valentines day tea and more but I would like to see them do more for the men. They play bingo and things like that to keep the residents busy.

Good community, was more expensive than anticipated.
