Vineyard Park at Bremerton Senior Living

Our experience at Vineyard Park

Facilities are good/ fine. Limited nursing staff leaves room for improvement in personalized attention and care of residents New owners. Director is terrible to work with- doesn't listen to concerns or offer any indication of interest in making things better for resident and family experience. Nursing does their best with a limited staff. Better upstairs (nursing) / downstairs (office staff) communication is needed to coordinate care needs.

Please don't let your loved ones live at Vineyard Park. Since Care Partners took over in November 2023, they have been consistently short staffed. My parent sat in dirty diapers all day, was not bathed for two months and their clothes were not washed. I moved my parent out in January, when the situation not only did not improve, it continued to deteriorate.

Not recommended

My loved one was a resident and the experience was terrible. My loved one was often left soiled and not bathed. Room was never clean. They wouldn't check on my loved one because they said my loved one pressed the help button too many times.

Poor Care

The care was adequate under the previous management. It has completely fallen apart under Care Partners. There is almost no nursing staff. The staff they do have try very hard, but they are overwhelmed. My father hasn't been bathed for weeks, always smells of urine and has been left alone in the dining room on numerous occasions. Most of his clothing has been lost. I expect some loss in a group setting, but the loss has been dramatic under the new management. They have raised the rates while the care has declined.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Under new management, most of the caregivers, office staff, nursing staff, kitchen staff and maintenance/landscapers have left. Horribly sad for the current residents as many of them are "stuck".
