GREAT PLACE TO LIVE...FANTASTIC MAINTENANCE!!

I used to pay twice as much at [facility removed]. Nice place, right on the river, etc. But the actual living experience at Vintage Square is much better...and I like the apartment better too!! I have been here about 5 years now. Wonderful staff!! When you have a maintenance problem, they take care of it right away!! This week my refrigerator broke. It was mid morning when I let the office know about it...then I went about my errands. [name removed], the head of maintenance was in my apartment trying to fix it wh…

It Has Been Peaceful

My community is nice and quiet and I have met a lot of nice people. I am on my own and my apartment is approximately 600 sq feet with a good kitchen and dishwasher. They have an elevator available. They have a monthly calendar with activities and outings listed. There is going to be a luau this month. The staff are nice and it has been a nice so far.

After 2 months our experiencing has been good, after some initial frustrations with application process. Apartment complex is neat and clean, residents have been friendly and welcoming. This is not an assisted living facility so personal care services are not provided. However, some limited services are available such as transportation certain days of the week for shopping.
