Critical

Vintage Terrace looks like a dump with furniture in the parking lot next to apartments

I have lived here since 2014. It use to be a five star place to live as a senior. The last three years management has increasingly ignored repairs needed as well as using the parking lot as a dump. We are not all treated equally and it seems whoever complains the loudest is the person who is served.
