Vista Prairie at Brentwood

A tour is a must to experience the comfortable atmosphere in Brentwood. In the sit down conversation with the representative, all my questions & concerns were addressed. Introduction to those we met on the tour showed a people oriented staff & friendly happy residents. Brentwood is an asset to our Rice Lake community!

I visited this facility

I toured Vista Prairie at Brentwood yesterday for my dad, and I was very pleased. I liked it. We met with Jane, and she is just very passionate about her job and Brentwood. We could tell that she loves working there and working with the staff and residents. She showed us all around the rooms, we went into the courtyard, and she showed us a couple of very spacious shower rooms. I enjoyed how spacious the rooms were and the bathrooms. Very Nice

For the most part, we're pleased with Brentwood. One area where we've had issues is with billing. There have been some discrepancies, and his first bill never got to him. But he's always been able to straighten it out once he's called them. I think their staff is pretty friendly, and I'm impressed by the cleanliness of the facility. If they have a question, they usually call, and we can get a hold of them with questions as well.

A good fit

We chose Brentwood because it did not feel institutional at all like a couple of other facilities we looked into. The room sizes at the facility are appropriate. The food service is definitely a big draw, they have very good meals provided that are prepared on site by a chef. I would definitely recommend Brentwood Communities to others looking.

We have chosen Vista Prairie at Brentwood for my mother-in-law. We haven't moved her in; we have just decided to move her there. The staff was super friendly. They said they're going to be super supportive. They reached out all the time if we had more questions. The place is immaculate. It looks like they have a good program for the seniors for exercising, crafts, and eating, and stuff like that. I toured Brentwood Senior Communities and it was a very very nice facility but it was too expensive for what we were looking for.
