I visited this facility

I toured VitaCare Living - Hayward I. When I arrived for my tour, there was no one there to meet me. A man mopping the floor offered to help and ended up showing me around. He showed me one room, the kitchen, and a few common areas. He was very nice and did what he could, but he couldn’t answer many questions or provide details beyond saying that a nurse stops by once a week. The tour felt informal, and I didn’t receive any materials or specifics about services or pricing. The staff I encountered were very nice, an…

Great Place to Bring a loved one

I cant begin to tell how wonderful this Community is. There was a change over in Management last year and boy have things IMPROVED. The director is Wonderful, she is caring, understanding and compassionate about what she does. She is always willing to listen and help figure out a solution. The Staff here are just as great! They are easy to talk to, they listen when you are having concerns about your loved one or just need someone to talk to. Alzheimer's isn't easy to watch your loved one go through... They are very…

Good, Friendly Staff But Needs Work on Meals and Cleanliness

The staff is friendly, but as far as the food goes it isn't well balanced. The cleanliness is something they need to improve on in the resident's rooms. The staff communication is very receptive. I wish the staff were more proactive, instead of the family bringing up concerns.

friendly staff

When our loved one first moved in to Care Partners/Country Terrace they were welcomed with open arms. The staff members took her around to all the residents and introduced her which was a huge plus. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

Seemed ok-All was neat and clean, but I had to hunt up a member of staff, even though they knew we were coming at 1 pm. One was out front talking on her phone, and the other was out back having a cigarette, talking on her phone. :/
