We were very happy with VitaCare as far as the facilities, staff and food! However when [name removed] passed there is no refund of payment on days not used for the remainder of the month! I believe this is very unfair and a horrible business practice! Not happy about that at all ! I estimate that policy cost our family[Amount Removed]

The personnel I met at VitaCare Living-Ladysmith II seemed fine. The rooms were small and kind of depressing. The one room they showed us, which looked like it had just been vacated, was not very clean. It didn't feel like the bathrooms for assisted living, being mainly elderly, had as many bars to help people with the toilet. The common areas seemed fine.
