Viva Senior Living at Cross Keys is nice and clean. The people who work there are jovial with the patients. They have a lot of patience, and they treat them very nicely. Right now, my wife is in a semi-private apartment, waiting to be put into a private apartment. The room she is in now, they share the bathroom, and there are two beds. They have a program list that varies from day to day, whether it's listening to music, dancing, or playing bingo. They have quizzes for them, and they have movies they can watch…

The entire staff has been great! Both my parents arrived there almost a year ago. Dad passed about a month later wasn't sure how Mom would be without him. Everyone was so kind and caring n supportive. She has a very nice room that faces a well kept courtyard.

The have a food menu that is incredible..breakfast..lunch dinner with multiple options..they have a daily activity schedule that keep you very busy..they have a bus to go on weekly outings..they have a special dog that will since loneliness and will come sit next to the lonely one.. they have nice size rooms and the staff are always available..but what I like the most is that it only one floor all connected but a outdoor garden..I highly recommend you send family to visit this place...you can thank me later
