I am so disgusted with Warren Center. My grandma was placed there after being extremely ill and this is supposed to be a rehab to get her better( this was the only place that had an available bed.) These are the meals they are feeding everyone. We brought her about 6 outfits and some how they have all gone missing, when we visited she was wearing someone else’s clothes because they couldn’t find hers. One night my grandmother got really bad and they had her taken to the ER and never told us (we found out later on f…
