PositiveEverything about the experience has been fine, except for the food. The nurses are fine, they're right on with the medications. The rehab people, they showed me around the facility and showed me where everything is at. All my meals have been cold or poorly cooked or incomplete.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff monitors my loved one's care very well. The communication is really good. They really keep me in the loop. If there are any changes, they give me a call.

CriticalSome of the staff are not friendly. I haven't gotten any communication on my mom's care.

PositiveSo far everything is going well. It is a really nice place and the staff is taking care of my dad. He is doing really well.
