Room for improvement

Can't say enough about how much the staff tries to meet all the guidelines. Their attitudes are exceptional and very helpful. Keeping the place clean is a real chore because they are grossly understaffed. The food is sufficient. The activities are fun. You have to keep in mind that 2 weeks after moving in here my husband was in the hospital 8 days. He had just been released from Healthcare when I had to have back surgery and go to my post-op in 3 days. They have been very nice to us but truly, the place needs help.…

Dad is so happy. The food and the activities are great. He wants to be on the first floor and the staff have been great. He will be moving to the first floor in a couple of weeks

Washington Commons by Barclay House was very nice. The property was really pretty. They had a nice dining room where they served three meals a day. They also had an activity room where they had different things, and every day they had something going on. The staff seemed very kind and considerate. It would be our top choice, except for the price.

We toured Washington Commons by Barclay House. It was very nice. It was really clean and refreshing. The dining area was really nice and clean. They were very friendly and informative. They were able to answer my questions quite satisfactorily. It was very cozy. The rooms were nice, and the sizes were appropriate. I think that the storage spaces were good. There was some minor maintenance going on at that time.

Amazing Staff!

The staff are amazing, extremely helpful and all around nice people. The atmosphere is homey feeling with restaurant style dining experiences. The food quality has gone down in the last 4ish months though.
