I also know employees we go outta there way to help & to make anyone comfy... they have employees who have been around for years & you can tell they care.. every nursing home has there problems but I can say if this home is aware of the problems they will do what it takes to fix it.. If they had a zero I would have given them a zero, my family member lasted one day at their facility. The first day my family member broke their leg and was sent to the hospital the nursing home didnot bother to call me. Their reason they lost my phone number so it was not their fault. Seriously, yet the hospital managed to track me down. Obviously we never went back! BTW they are on the Oklahoma Watch list with five demerits.
