My parents are residents of Waterstone at High Ridge. It is extremely well-maintained and extremely clean. There are good activities. The staff is very caring. It has a great sense of a social community, which a lot of them don't. So, there are always people out in the facility, visible, and they talk. It's a social place. We love living at Waterstone on High Ridge. The facility is beautiful & the people are great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Our Experience

Waterstone on High Ridge is a beautiful facility. The staff members are quite nice. Communication with the family is good, although no one checks on independent living residents so they can be passed out on the floor until another resident asks for a well check. The move in process was good. There are lots of activities and shopping field trips, although my mom still feels somewhat trapped without a car. Overall, it's very nice but also very expensive.

Very good design features. Grounds are well maintained & provide pleasant walking options. Staff are Wonderful+ in all respects.

I visited this facility

The tour I had at Waterstone at High Ridge was informative. I liked that place because it was brand new. All the facilities felt updated and exciting. Everything was top shelf and the rooms were beautiful. The dining area was fabulous. There were just no available rooms. You have to get on a waitlist and at that time, we just could not do that.

We reached a point in our lives when we realized that we needed to be in a place which offered us the ability to be as free as we wanted but which could provide us with comfort and security. It is a great facility, excellent amenities, super staff, varied daily programs, plenty of social interaction and good food. We feel moving into Waterstone was the right decision for all the right reasons.
