REVIEW FROM A TENANT

THERE IS MANY POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT ABOUT WATERVIEW APARTMENTS. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THE PERVIOUS REVIEW SERIOUS. THERE IS A NEW MAINTANCE MAN THAT I HAVE RECENTLY HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING AND CAN GIVE HIM A BIG THUMBS UP ON HIS SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF MY NEEDED REPAIRS. OUR BUILDING SUPERVISOR FOLLOWS UP ON ALL INQURIES, COMPLANTS AND QUESTIONS. I HAVE HAD QUESTIONS THAT SHE HAS ANSWERED. IF SHE DON'T KNOW, SHE WILL FIND OUT AND HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. THE WATER HEATER WAS REPLACED IN 2 DAYS. WE STILL HAD V…

Poor management

As new management took over this senior apartment complex saw one positive change: A fresh facelift of paint and decor in common areas. The apartments were completely ignored. Maintenance issues take months to be resolved with a maintence person on duty. Closed door office and unreturned calls regarding issues. Calls to district manager are useless. Numerous residents went without hot water for over a week!
