Positive

Good and not do good

There are good things and some not so good things about WW. The good are the cleanliness, the food, several of the nurses aides, several of the front desk staff, Vaughn in maintenance and all of the dining room staff. In addition, activities, days out, drives, and religious services are nice for residents. The not so good is the lack of visibility of the leadership especially to family members, poor communication from leadership and poor communication from nursing. Very nice place!

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Weatherwood! After a disappointing experience at another community Weatherwood is like a breath of fresh air! The care here is excellent, and the medication and bathing services have been prompt and reliable. The food here is also very good, it is tasty and high quality! Overall Weatherwood is a very nice place, and we would recommend it to others in the area!
