My mother is at Welcome Home Assisted Living. We selected them because their response time was three to five minutes if she needed help with anything. The care was far above average. The staff was excellent. The community was really kind and nurturing. The cost was very reasonable, and we have the family close by. She has a clean studio apartment. Staff is not nice to residents. They yell and scream at them and make them feel they are not worth living. The administration does not care about your needs or even care about the well being of them. It really not nice living cooks only cook what they want and not what we ask for. They do not do well house keeping and the staff take way to long to answer my call light.
