Look somewhere else

Inexperienced staff who have more issues then the residents. High turnover rate doesn't allow for residents to know the staff. Management cant control the staff. Resident stated she was bored and asked if there was something to do. Was told she could watch TV in her room.

Disappointed

Don't go there. You get what you pay for. My mother was there for a month. I don't think my mom was getting taken to the bathroom enough. The care was just not there. The residents ran the activities. They just did not have enough care to manage the residents' needs.

Wonderful facility

Wellington Place was one of several choices we had narrowed our search down to for placement of my mother-in-law. The staff we encountered on our visits just seemed a bit more friendly and helpful than the others. We have had no regrets since moving her into the facility. Her condition continues to decline but the care and service is still just as when we moved her in. The staff seems to genuinely care for her. Very nice facility. Staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable in answering our questions. Facility is located a little further away than we preferred. Rooms were a bit larger than most we saw. This was our 2nd choice for locating my mother-in-law in a facility.
