CriticalVery caring staff, well kept grounds and interior; small setting--plenty of attention to residents. However, rooms were far too small. Just bedrooms, not much personal space. Not the right setting for my mother.

They are superior, and I know that after talking with a number of clients and staff members and touring the facility. It has essentially the lowest cost quality accommodations in the whole Sea Coast area because they are nonprofit and have endowment funds that support the care needs of the residents.
