Beautiful new building, nice staff, forgettable food

We moved to an 1800+ sq ft 3 bedroom apartment (the biggest they have) in the new Garden building [date removed]. We are both 78 years old and used to living independently. Our reason for selling our house and moving was to guard against the eventuality of a health crisis that forces the move at a time when we were least prepared to do it. Understaffed, some not well trained, room nice, and clean, administrative staff not very friendly as well as new to the job. Policies and Procedures not read or readily available.

Everyone Is Friendly and Helpful

Since moving my mother here she is more engaged and is eating better. The staff have been very helpful, friendly and welcoming . They are patient and considerate as well. The grounds and buildings are pleasant and well-kept. The food is good and the staff caters to special needs. There are a wide variety of activities available every day of the week. The residents have been very welcoming to my mother and I would recommend this community.
