My fiancee is in rehab at West Chester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Every now and then, they give her physical therapy, but mostly they treat her diabetes with normal diabetes regimen. However, I don't have a high respect for their policies regarding their CNAs. As a whole, they seem not to be concerned with making the patients comfortable. There's no empathy toward people with onset dementia. As far as the CNAs are concerned, their behavior is absolutely deplorable. The place is very nice. They …

My grandfather was at the West Chester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. It was terrible. I didn't like anything. They were always short-staffed. We had to hire certified people to help him get up and do his ADLs every day, so they were not a help. His room was small and cramped. It smelled like urine throughout the building. There was a lot of crying from the residents. It's not a good place. However, the staff was kind, and the food was OK.

West Chester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center looks good from the outside, but not so good on the inside. I didn't realize that my aunt's room is like a hospital room, and there are two people in it, and all you have is a bed, a little tiny bureau with three drawers, a TV on top of it, one kitchen chair, about a 20-inch closed cabinet, and a toilet in the room. Dirty, no help at all. My dad was never cared for and got him out. We had to go and help him because no one would help. They shut the doors for all residents and they don’t focus or help anyone. Beware
