CriticalHas room for improvement
Everyone, with one major exception, has been very nice. My mother has dementia with Lewy Bodies, and the level of assistance so far has not been what was promised or expected. We are in contact with the director of resident services, who seems like she wants to get our issues resolved, but it's taken much longer to get some help and services in place than we had anticipated.

PositiveJust a great place to be. I’ll be moving my mom and dad there by the end of January I had such a great tour. The team seems very nice and friendly. their Memory Care universe was very beautiful. The staff very nice the uniforms were playing and put together. I cannot wait to be a part of this great community
