CriticalDisappointed would be an incredible understatement
The only reason I would give this facility one star is because zero is not an option. This facility is the epitome of over promising and under delivering. They advertise themselves as specializing in dementia care. This claim is simply ludicrous. My Mother in law was placed in this facility because of the low patient to staff ratio and the promises of all the incredible services they offer.
