Everyone was very friendly and invited us for lunch and it was delicious. They are being very attentive to all of my sister's needs. The facility is very clean and pretty.

Windows but that will be true wherever I think Friendliness, I would rate it higher if I could. This was a major selling point for me. We are an independent living facility. Whenever we have needs the staff tend to them right away or as quickly as they can. We all have a button that will bring emergency services here if needed. Administrative staff, can't say enough good about them. 14/15. All but one pitches in to lead by example if something needs some management will help out. The food is good; I'm glad for that…

Be consistent with transportation, Dining room meal start time, room service costs, and weekly apartment cleaning. The menu for July was great and we loved the variety! Please have more options on Taco Tuesday. I am a traditional meat and potato person.

I think I found a place for me at the independent living community of Whispering Oaks in Hermitage. I visited them, and I liked that they are only 25 minutes from where I'm living now. It's fairly close to my hometown, so the move would be a lot easier, being 20 minutes away. I also know somebody who is there, a friend of mine, so I basically know the facility very well.
