Unfortunately they made it so difficult for us to actually get in for our one month respite stay that I was never able to get him in. She has always lived alone for a very long time and we wanted her to to still feel that way. PositiveOur family has just had an amazing experience transitioning our Mom to Whitby Pointe Senior Living. The staff has been phenomenal helping Mom feel welcomed into her new home. The place is immaculate with all fresh paint and upgrades.
