All of the staff members here are amazing!

My Mother was only here for a month but the time she was here, it was excellent. All of the staff members were wonderful and I could not be more pleased with the care she got. The quality of the staff members is superb and the activities director was just awesome! He coordinated things like exercise classes, Christmas parties, and bingo. I went on a tour here and the tour guide wasn't that great. They did follow up and said that person was no longer there. I didn't care for this place to much. It looked fabulous and it was a new building. The rooms were small and had no restroom they had a community bathroom. I recommend families tour multiple communities so they can compare them.

This community had a whole different approach on how they dealt with my family in regards to finding a place for my sister. When we visited, they told us about what they offered and told us how much it cost but never asked what the needs of my sister were. They had a handout filled with the activities they’d be able to provide, but the overall feeling while we were there was very cold and not at all inviting. The person that we met with never even showed us the rooms. We left there thinking they were more intereste…

My mother was off to a rough start with adjusting, but it seems that things are getting better. My mother was having trouble and fell while getting out of bed, but they put something on her arm so it alerts the nurses in the middle of the night if she tries to get out of bed, that was very helpful. I have a nurse there that I trust and can call.

My husband enjoyed parts of his experience but he is not ready for a long term stay but I would certainly be willing to do respite care again. Thank you

Outstanding Care & Support

This community has been a fantastic place for my wifes care. I had her in a [Removed] which was a horrible experience for us. Here at White Pine she is being taken care of the way I would take care of her at home. Plus the cost is all inclusive where a [Removed] was all about the money. I can not say enough about how she is cared for. I can sleep at night again & not worry about her. The Nurse here is over the top on how she takes care of the residence.
