PositiveMother wasn't too happy being there but it was better than all other options. 1. Overall experience 4 - resident was stealing my mother's ginger ale and nutritional shakes from her bedroom when my mother wasn't there. They told me the laundry would be done by room but it wasn't done like that. When my mother left she was missing socks, hangers, pants, and a reusable bed pad. 2. Cleanliness 4 - bathrooms had no hand towels 3. Friendliness - 4 4. Quality of care - 4 5. Staff - 4 6. Food - 5 7. Activities - 3 d…

PositiveThe quality of care is consistently outstanding. Kindhearted staff are willing to answer questions or help out in any way. The property itself is well maintained by being clean and organized throughout the property, not just the common areas; moreover, it is located in a beautiful and tranquil setting. One of the resident's descriptive is 'I'm living in Paradise'. That says a lot to me.

PositiveWhat we like most about the New Hope Assisted Living is the care givers and cleanliness. It is a very home like setting. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

The communication between New Hope is a little bit hard because the people they had don't speak English very well, and one of them doesn't understand English at all. Recently, as in a couple days ago, they've hired someone who does understand and speak English. Manageme…

CriticalEvery thing started out really good but with the staffing issues somethings have just gone down hill. The staff members are very friendly and kind but there is a language barrier. Breakfast is good but other meals could be improved, just a little disappointed

PositiveI loved the way the [name removed] have made this facility into a beautiful home for any family member. After talking to [name removed] I know this would be a place my mother would be taken care of like family. It is beautiful and clean. The home has a picturesque patio and the dinning area is roomy. I also like the 24/7 care she would receive. This is a top contender!
