Willowbrook Place

Highly recommend

Staff was wonderful; her room was lovely and the accommodations were perfect for her needs. Food was not that great, however. She did not participate in many activities, only because (I think) it was a short stay and she just didn't have all her bearings. She is a bit shy and hearing deficit makes things challenging for her. I was really happy with how accommodating and pleasant everyone is. These were my mother in law's comments, and she is a hard sell.

Review for Willowbrook Place

The staff is very attentive. The place is clean and her apartment is great. The food is good and the chef is accommodating. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

I like that the short stay rooms are all on the first floor. The dining room is bright and pleasant; the patio is beautiful and welcoming; the activity spaces, including the happy hour area, are such a positive.

Staff was very helpful. Facility was clean and I was happy to see many of the residents out and about socializing.

Not a good fit

I always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, however my Dad said that only certain people would help him. He said the food was terrible. The director and cook did recently get fired. My Dad hated it there, however you have to take that with a grain of salt because he is miserable in general and he was really mean to some of the people there.
