PositiveOur tour of Winchester Gardens was excellent. Our guide was very friendly, competent and courteous. WE enjoyed seeing soe of the units, the delicious meal and seeing and commenting to some of the residents. Our overall experience was very positive and we will keep Winchester Gardens in our consideration for our future living place.

We have had an excellent experience so far, the place is lovely and overall we are very pleased. Just like everybody else there are times where you can tell they are understaffed but they are still very attentive to our loved one. So far it's top of the line. Its certainly more expensive, but you get what you pay for. And I feel I'm getting my money's worth. They are on top of everything, they have lots of activities going on, and they keep their word. They can't seem to do enough for you, which is nice. I also like that it's a community where my loved one can live forever, no matter what happens with her health down the road.

We chose Winchester Gardens at the time because I was impressed with the appearance and the cleanliness of the facility and also what I heard from the marketing staff and administration. It is in a beautiful setting and everyone seemed to be very friendly.
