Amazing staff

Everyone at Windchime are very professional and kind. The facility is clean and food is good. I have eaten there several times. Mon - Fri there are activists to all who wish to participate. Mom's room is quiet comfortable and clean.

I visited this facility

Windchime at The Village has just been renovated. The staff was very nice. All of the outside and inside halls have been painted. Some of the rooms have been painted. A fresh coat of paint helps, but there are still repairs that need to be done to the floors, the courtyards, and the outdoor spaces. They are in disrepair.

I liked Windchime at The Village. They were very informative. I worked with a woman named Amanda and also the director, and they were so helpful, showed me around, and gave me a comprehensive tour. The place was so clean. Everybody was smiling. It was a fun little interaction, watching some of the residents trying to play dominoes together. It made me smile because they were just so sweet with them. They did a lot of follow-up making sure I had all my questions answered and gave me all the information I needed to m…

I moved my brother into Windchime at the Village almost a month ago. The place is very well run. Connie Johnson helped facilitate the move with me. She was so helpful, friendly, and kind. I am very happy with the facility. It's clean, the workers are friendly and caring and my brother seems happy there. The rooms are well designed, easy to place furniture in and there is a kitchenette. His bathroom and room have been cleaned every time I go see him (not like the other place he was in before). I highly recommend Win…

I visited this facility

We got to visit the Windchime at The Village. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The place was clean. They had activities for all the people that live there. They had amenities, like a salon and a courtyard.

I visited this facility

I toured Windchime at The Village, it's very nice. It's a smaller facility and homey, they can bring their own furniture if they wish. Everything was centralized and easy to get to. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly, answered all my questions, and gave a very nice tour. The room she showed me was pretty much 1-room with the bathroom attached, so it wasn't like a studio apartment. They have a game room, a place where they do movies, play games, they have entertainment, and people come in a…
