I looked at Windsor Run. It's a very nice community. They just recently finished building some more apartments. There are a few drawbacks that may be common to all of them, but I like it. As far as my personal needs are concerned, I found one possible floor plan that was acceptable to me. It's well populated. The apartments are first-class. They have good facilities. They have several different dining locations, which is attractive. The residents I interacted with seemed to be very nice and welcoming. I a…

I've put a deposit down for Windsor Run to hold an apartment for me: a two-bedroom unit, but I did not go the third step, where you deposit 10% of the cost of the unit. It's a beautiful facility. The sales force and the chefs are top-notch. I ate there several times, and the food was delicious. It was just the affordability. At this time, I do not want to put a good portion of my available cash into a unit. I would like to save part of that to travel and so on until I need senior living. Then I would defi…

We toured Windsor Run. The young man who was working with us, Matt, was a very nice guy. It was excellent. I just could never afford to live there. But everything from beginning to end, the building, food, and staff, was excellent. They have ambassadors there who, I guess they've lived there for so long, and they're so involved with the property that they talk to our prospective clients also. So, the ambassadors were extremely nice. It looked very clean. The apartments were very nice. The two-bedroom apar…

We toured Windsor Run, and I think the apartment sizes were positive and the negative was the building was a bit overwhelming. It's too large. We took an entire tour of the building. We looked at everything from assisted living. They took us to look at the dining room setup. They showed the common areas. They took us for tours of a couple of different-sized apartments as well. I don't think the staff connected well with the potential resident.

The best thing about Windsor Run is you don't have to go outside to go to the meals. The staff was very good. It's very clean. The sizes of the rooms and the layout were very good. The only thing at the time was they did not have nursing home and I think they're supposed to get it eventually. The atmosphere was very good and very friendly. Most of the buildings, although they're interconnected, there were areas outside the buildings for people to get together.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

They do not care about their residents in independent living. They think because it is independence that no one needs help and when my parents lived there they have them leas and less amenities. They did not treat them with kindness or with their best interest in mind at all. The dining staff was rude and terribly trained. Not at all prepared for the age group they served. We had to move our parents twice in less than two years because of this. I do not recommend Windsor Run at all. They also continue to build and …
