CriticalOur overall experience at this Portage, Indiana facility has been mixed. On the positive side, the environment is very clean with no odors, and my mother's one-bedroom apartment is a nice size. There is always plenty of parking for guests, and the food is good, though not fantastic. The residents themselves are incredibly friendly and engaging, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. I also cannot say enough good things about the PT and OT personnel—they were absolutely great, highly competent, and completely open to…

PositiveThey keep everything clean. The stuff is so caring and nice. A lot of activities. They try to get everyone involved. I would recommend to others.

PositiveNice place but they didn’t think mom would be a good fit so they sent us elsewhere.

I don't have to use the busy streets to get any where I need to go , I use the "back roads" like Augusta to safely get around (that is most important to me). WP is centrally located for all your needs: groceries, medical & eye doctors and Emergency room. So many places to eat, beauty salons, automotive needs. Walgreens and a Compound pharmacy…
