★★★★★
PositiveThey do a great job providing wonderful activities for the residents. I especially love that they offer so many outings and so much MUSIC! There is always something to look forward to. One small suggestion I had was to keep the flyers and calendars in the elevators updated. I recently noticed that they have been updated, so that’s great to see! I would also encourage new residents and their families to review the billing carefully each month for any additional charges. During the tour, make sure you ask plenty of…

PositiveI would give each of them a five. I was impressed the first time I walked through the doors. The staff goes above and beyond and makes it a point to know the residents and interact with them. There is constantly something going on...things to do. Gives the residents something g to look forward to. The meals are nutritious and appealing and the waitstaff is so attentive. I honestly cannot find anything that isn't fantastic. It has been such a good experience for my mom. She was not totally on board to do this but wh…

PositiveThe staff is a 3 to 5 (depends on the situation...they like to threaten with eviction when there are money issues, willing to work with somewhat). Overall everything is actually good there. They have a bit of miscommunication, but it usually is resolved. A single room is nice sized for one person. Two bedrooms offer more space and storage. They do a great job at keeping everyone busy. They have two apartments that are for the nurses on site. The only thing that needs work is communication.

PositiveWinter Village left me with such a good feeling from the moment I walked in the door. I then returned with my mom a few days later so she could tour and together we decided that this is the perfect place for her to live. I truly believe she will thrive in this environment and so look forward to seeing and hearing about all of her adventures. The staff and tenants were so kind and friendly.
★★★★★
PositiveNice place, affordable-which is huge, as you know, the campus is well kept, and the food is good.
★★★★★
PositiveIt would be a 5 across the board. They go out of their way to get to know each resident to help enrich their experience there. I've tried the food and it is very well prepared and it is correctly portioned to be balanced for the entire day. The apartments are spacious. There is more than enough room for 2 people in a single bedroom. The 2 bedroom offer a little more comfortable space and both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All the amenities are covered including basic cable and WiFi. Your room phone is not cov…
