CriticalI did not care for Woodhaven Adult Home from what I saw on the tour experience. There was no security...people were just able to walk in and out of the building. There were residents going outside that I felt should not be leaving by themselves. The staff were all fine, we just did not feel comfortable placing our loved one here.
