★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is amazing and attentive. My mom loves being there. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveIt is a small place so everyone knows each other. Very friendly place

PositiveWoodland Care Center was clean. The rooms that they offer were very small. That's the only thing that deterred me from going there. The food was OK. Everyone was very cordial and very polite. The staff who showed us around was very informative. She was good. She explained everything well.
★★★★★
PositiveMy friend is being cared for after a fall, and she told me she would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for good care. She said the staff is wonderful, the food is good, the room is nice. I don't think she has been able to do activities yet so I don't have a comment about that. Or the amenities. I'm just glad my friend feels she is being well cared for

PositiveMy mother-in-law has moved into Woodland Care Center. My husband knows somebody that works there, so he talked to them and we were able to get her into there. We met them, we dropped her off, we talked to her, and left. So far it's been fine. We need to call them today because I need to get some more information about who takes care of her catheters, specifically if we need to do that or if the insurance does. It looked fine on the outside. It's obviously like a lot of older buildings. It looked perfectly…

CriticalI was expecting someone to sit down with me and go over things. Instead, when I came in, I had to hunt someone down to find out who to meet with. There was no receptionist, just a nurses station with no nurse. Once [name removed] and I met up, my entire visit was about 10 minutes. She showed me a deluxe studio, talked about the amenities while walking to and from. Showed me the dining room, a common area and the front door. The place feels more like a nursing home than assisted living.
