Our experience with Woodlands Nursing & Rehabilitation Center was awful. The administrator was disrespectful. They were rude. I was very displeased with my first encounter with them. My daughter actually encountered the lady talking negatively about me. I elect to go after hours there because I do not want to encounter that staff. I'm a uniformed service member, and they were disrespectful to me. I don't feel that they treat the veterans properly, and this is just my experience over the times that I&a…

This facility is a nightmare! No one's ever available, nurses rarely check in on the patient. When you call no one ever answers the phone. My spouse is currently a patient, they keep him in bed all day. He's been a patient now for 5 days and due to his blood pressure concerns, they've not started any therapy at all. Logic would tell you if you cannot assist the patient due to other health issues then to make arrangements to return them back to the hospital for the necessary care needed. My husband wa…

I've called several times to speak with the nurse and nurse was never available to answer my call, no matter the time or day, i left my number and never received a call back, i know nurses may be very busy during shift change but there's absolutely no reason to continuously avoid someone call.

I RECENTLY VISITED THIS FACILITY. WHILE THERE I NOTICED THAT THE STAFF WAS LAGGING AROUND DOING EVERYTHING BUT TAKING CARE OF THE PATIENTS. ONCE I GOT INTO MY RELATIVES ROOM I NOTICED THAT SHE WAS SLUMPED OVER IN THE BED ABOUT TO FALL OUT. MY RELATIVE STATED THAT SHE HASN'T HAD A BATH IN DAYS.
