PositiveMy dad was a resident at Woodward Hills from March to April 2026, and we could not be happier with the care he received. He frequently walked the facility and really enjoyed interacting with all of the staff members he met along the way. He especially loved working with his therapists, Casey and Danielle, in the beautiful gym facility. His room was wonderfully spacious and had a lovely view that made his stay so much brighter. The entire staff on the Braeburn unit took phenomenal care of him. On his way out, he exp…

PositiveMy dad stayed for rehab in Woodward Hills Nursing Center in Bloomfield Hills. It was very nicely run and managed. The people were all very friendly and very helpful. They did a good job taking care of my father, and the quality of the services was very nice. Everything was spick and span. He was in a private room that had been recently remodeled and had a lot of nice features for people who have some physical challenges or disabilities. For example, a walk-in shower, guard rails, and people who are on call 24/7. Ev…

CriticalThe aides were absolutely indifferent to my father's recovery. They let him lie in bed for hours every day, I had to personally seek out a Hoyer lift to get them to get him out of bed. They seemed irritated by his presence and ours. The food was disgusting. We had to be present every day, all day, to advocate for even basic care. The PT and OT professionals were enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but only have time to spend a few hours a week with patients. I would not recommend this facility to anyone, and certa…

CriticalMy relative has only been there for 5 days. She has received NO physical therapy, her wound care has not been done since she got there and now she is laying in her own waste for over an hour. Telling 3 different people and no one has come to help her. This place needs to be reported.
★★★★★
CriticalThis place is horrible! No one on staff cares, nurses, or CENA'S. My brother never got his medications given correctly, briefs and bedding not changed when needed. It would take over an hour for someone to answer the call light, then they would say I'll be right back but never do. At night they never answer. It's hard to believe anyone here has any training, they certainly have a bad attitude with patients. I've been trying to speak to the social worker for 2 days, I don't think she exists. …
