Tour was very nice but director was very very unhelpful when we wanted to discuss the situation that had developed regarding us moving in and hung up on my wife Is this the way à person in his position treats elderly people

Wyndemere Woods is an independent/assisted living private facility, and it's local. Mom has toured it twice, and they put her on a short list. The staff was excellent. I got great feedback from the residents as well as the children of the residents. The place is very, very clean. The atmosphere is phenomenal as far as everyone being approachable. I want to know what it's like to be pampered and to get a ride to where I want to go when my sister has a day off from work and she has the pool opened up then she calls the facility to invite me over and she calls the office to have the staff get me ready for a pool day. I get a ride there and back. So I bring her something like a bag of apples or some flowers. I and him were just companions for such a long time and i thought it would be a great idea that he'd be here with me before he passes away as his life progress into his 70's and mine into my 60's I am going to turn 55 on [date removed] and he just turned 68 on the [date removed]. On my tour I saw a small community and not many amenities available. He wanted a physical therapy room. The person who toured us was professional and on time for the appointment.
