[name removed] and the staff at Wyndmoor go above and beyond for my Mom. So very impressed and touched about the care my Mom is receiving there. So very thankful for them! I can rest easy know she is in good and caring hands. FYI- I am a RN.

Very clean and new. Rooms are available and no room. Food is good and plenty of fresh fruit and salads. Staff is pleasant kind and go out of their way to help clients.

Brookdale Portage Wyndmoor is a nice place. The staff was nice, the facility is nice, and they cook the meals for them. They also have people who assist with my mom's needs. With the restrictions and everything, I took my mom, got her settled, and that was it. But my mom says she likes it when I talk to her. I had a pretty nice tour of this community. Everything went well overall. The staff I met was polite, and friendly. The community from what I saw looked nice. The experience was a fine one.

Care for my dad

The staff are very warm and welcoming. I appreciated all of the assistance I received during this new chapter in our lives. Smaller facility that feels more like home. This was the only facility I toured in Portage that had a security door. Ideal location and my Dad is looking forward to fishing in the pond when the weather improves.

First visit. Good location. Kind knowledgeable staff.able to coordinate home health on site. Very quiet residents. Clean. Followed up with email. Familiar with area but a bit further out.
