CriticalI stayed in YUMA SENIOR LIVING. It's not handicap friendly at all. It does have good food. The properties are nice, but the rooms, I couldn't even get into the bathroom. The door is so small. The staff was very young and untrained, and most of them were inexperienced.

PositiveMy mother moved into Yuma Senior Living. What I like best is that she has a small apartment, not a room. She's got a living room, a restroom, and a full-sized bedroom large enough for a king-sized bed. They come by every day and pick up the trash. CriticalYuma Senior Living was an old hotel. It's got two stories that had one and two-bedroom apartments (the ground floor was an extra charge). They had one elevator to service the entire second floor, which was quite substantial, but I didn't particularly care for that. PositiveWe have moved into Yuma Senior Living. It's got an outdoor courtyard situation, so you're not all indoors all the time. I've walked several blocks a day inside the courtyard without leaving the premises. Three meals a day are served in the dining room. The office is open five days a week Monday through Friday. PositiveYuma Senior Living was a beautiful and very friendly facility. The only drawback was it's in complete lockdown, so my friend could not go off the premises, and he did not like that.
