My mother-in-law is now a resident of Zebulon House. We've not seen it because of COVID. We got her moved in and we got a couple of calls from them, but overall, it's just fine. The outside of it is very nice. It is all on one level, and that's what we particularly like about it. Just looking from the outside in (because we could not go in), it was lit well, and it wasn't dark like a lot of other facilities are. The look of Zebulon House Assisted Living is fine. As we were touring, they said Mom can have this and Mom can have that.Once she got in, I think there was an oversell and under-deliver. For the price, it's good. The place is clean, and the food is OK. Everyone seems to be nice, and they are all nice to me. The grounds look well-maintained. Things are going okay

Due to my mother's bad eyesight, she has to be in an assisted living which has been a difficult adjustment for her. She has a nice room and we are working to make it feel more like home for her. The staff is having some issues with her as well and I have been meeting with them and management to resolve things. Mom has made friends in the dining room and she enjoys going down and sitting with them during mealtime. 2 people on staff overnight are they really receiving safe and adequate care

An older facility, but clean; found it to be very quiet and empty feeling and a little depressing; needs to be updated. [Removed] was very helpful in taking us around the facility.

Nice tour of facility. Staff was friendly and concerned . Answered all our questions. May well go there at some point.
