CareOpenly connector privacy

This policy covers the public CareOpenly MCP connector used by AI assistants. Its tools search senior living communities and return public facility information without a CareOpenly account.

Information the connector processes

A tool call may include a city, ZIP code, hospital or landmark name, coordinates, search radius, care category, facility name, or public facility ID. The connector receives only the arguments the assistant sends for that call, not the full conversation. Its tools do not ask for a name, email address, phone number, medical history, or insurance identifier. Please do not include private health information or a home address in a search.

Hosting and security systems may process technical connection data such as an IP address, request time, and HTTP status. CareOpenly uses this data to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the connector, not to profile users or market to them.

How searches are handled and shared

Search arguments are sent to the CareOpenly API to find public community information. A named place such as a hospital or landmark may also be sent to an external place lookup provider to resolve its coordinates. The connector runs on hosting and cloud infrastructure that processes technical connection data. These service providers receive only the information needed for their part of the request. The connector does not submit an information request to a facility or share your contact details with one.

Retention

CareOpenly does not store connector search arguments, facility results, or assistant conversations in a connector database. Requests are processed to return a response. Connector diagnostic and infrastructure logs are retained for no longer than 90 days. Application error logs do not include search arguments or response bodies.

Your choices

You can disconnect the connector in your AI assistant and choose a city or ZIP instead of sending a precise location. For questions about connector data or a deletion request, email leo@pageonelab.com. A request may need a time and other details to identify a technical log because connector searches are not linked to a CareOpenly account.
