Flavius is phenomenal

Things are going really well at Quality Care Adult Family Home. Flavius is phenomenal with mom, as she has dementia. He makes us feel so welcome. He just just outstanding. The food here is really good also. My mom really enjoys the staff at this facility. Overall everything is just going really well.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My family member has had reasonable care there with the owners. They are fantastic. Flavis is the male owner of the facility and he does a great job with the residence and trying his best to meet their needs, even the extra demanding people that need more patience. He is very capable of helping them in and out of bed and chairs and bathroom facilities. However we have had some problems with his extra staff that fills in for him when he is out of town or gone for some reason. The staff doesn't seem to know the …
