I toured Above All Senior Living. As soon as I walked in I felt the friendly atmosphere of the place. The place was very clean and that was one thing I was looking for since I walked in. Even the eating area was clean. I asked the other people living there how the food was. Everybody said it was excellent. So I did meet the cook and I did talk to the cook a little bit. It sounds pretty good. The rooms were big. The rooms were nice. The person who gave the tour was very polite and very nice.

When you first walked into Above All Senior Living, the presentation of the place didn't look good. It wasn't up to par. The furniture when you walked in looked like it was old. You can see that it needed a lot of work like they had stuff going on that needed repair and needed to get done. It would be acceptable to some people, but it wasn't what I would want my mother to have. They should keep the place up to standard. They bring in 30 people there and each gives $2500 a month. So, that's 75,00…

No water for any of the residents which is Neglect, when it rains hard you can smell a "musty odor" in the hallways and they try to cover it up with over powering cleaning solution. And this occurs in the SW 29th St. facility. Staff not helpful to those that have Alzheimers and are searching for family members, they're just told to go to their room and lie down. Neglect again.
