CriticalI am in NJ and my aunt is in Above the rest assisted living in Palm Bay Florida. I have made several attempts to contact them in order to contact her over a 5 day period to no avail. By way of my cousins phone call she is currently doing very badly and my last time to speak to her is probably today. She is dying. I am so distraught!!! My grandma [name removed] was here for dementia. The staff here were amazing for 7 years and loved her like their own family member. When my grandma passed away they were physically upset. My grandma was always dressed in clean clothes and dressing.
