Expected more and disappointed

Overall, given condition of interior and the monthly fee I expected the overall condition to not look so aged or run down. I wasn't pleased that the foods given the residents were more heat and eat rather than prepared by scratch with fresh vegetables and fruits served instead of packaged. Less processed and more fresh and the residents should be brought to the table to eat altogether. As it was the residents were served their meals in their rooms. Solitude leads to depression I think. Review for Absolute Senior Care LLC

I would say that they were very nice & friendly. They were always happy to see me & would keep me updated on my Mom's health & daily activity. They also kept me updated on who was in to see my Mom. For example the nurses, spiritual care, the bath nurse, & family. It was rather expensive but other places cost much more.

My dad got sick and passed away in [date removed] . [name removed] was very kind and visited him several times while he was in the hospital before he passed away. My dad was very grateful for those visits.

Our Experience

My loved one is a resident at Absolute Senior Care and overall the experience has been good, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are exceptional. The care services appear to be great. The staff is good. As for the food, I was told that everything was fresh. Most is prepackaged, which is processed. I think, but have no proof, that the food provided lacks fresh vegetables and needs a better selection of fresh fruit. There are no activities. Kindness in abundance!

The staff at Absolute Senior care are wonderful! They are caring and kind. They really try to accommodate the patient. The house is always spotless and smells clean. There is a bit of a language barrier, as the entire staff are from Ethiopia. The move process into the home went very well. Meals were always served on time, looking tasty and smelling great.
