PositiveI toured the assisted living side of Access Care. It was clean and hospitable. The room was comfortable and clean. I could tell that the staff was caring. The person who gave the tour was nice and informative. I think the residents were playing a card game. I saw the activities list.

CriticalAccess Care Assisted Living was okay. The staff I dealt with were only two, there was the owner and one nurse, and there wasn't much interaction. I did like the private resident feel. It felt like a home. It didn't feel like a nursing home, but other than that, it was kind of basic. I wasn't excited about it. It was really clean.

PositiveWe toured Access Care Assisted Living. It was small and well-run, and we liked the house it was in. It's very close to where we live. The rooms were very nice and spacious. My mom will be in a private room, which is very nice. They've got an activities room and we like that a lot, so she has something to do. We saw them in the room where they were watching T.V. and playing puzzles. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and nice. We think Mom's going to be very happy.
