PositiveI am power of attorney for a person that has moved their recently, and I have found the staff to be pleasant and my ward seems to be a lot calmer and happier there because he has more freedom than in the previous place to do what he wants and I find the rooms to be very nice And well kept. It was nice to have his own dining room too, which he didn’t really have at the previous place -also exercise center. Overall, I have found it to be reasonable on the pocketbook and good for the living situation.

CriticalOverall care is pretty solid, but meals leave a lot to be desired
Staff is attentive. Activities are good. Laundry service often loses his items even though they are labeled and are supposed to be done in a bag to keep everything together. Food is really falling short. They have a weekly menu and an "always available" menu, but often the food that is served does not match the menu and when my dad doesn't like the regular item, they tell him he can't have the "always available" menu items.
