PositiveFamily atmosphere
I would give everything a 5 except for value for the money. It is a bit pricy but I guess location is the reason. Lots of activities, goodies quite good and staff is very friendly. We would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Poor communication, a lot of staff turnover, small rooms, ridiculous pricing, good activities that are poorly communicated to residents and not encouraged to attend. Resident Rooms not cleaned properly.

The facility is brand new and beautiful but the staff is largely inexperienced. They need to hire better aides and get them all on the same page. The apartment size is nice and obviously clean since it's brand new. I think my experience is echoed throughout as I notice they have MANY apartments still available. Not even half full there. They need to get better trained people. Their head nurse [name removed] is wonderful, as is [name removed] . But the bulk of the people delivering medicine etc is so-so. Also, probl…

PositiveAcclaim East Beach is a wonderful facility with positive energy from staff. I love arriving and seeing Amber at the front desk, she always welcomes me with a smile. Your facility has many different activities to keep the residents moving, creating and being active.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome. The staff is so friendly and very caring. I've been in many facilities where you feel unwelcome and the residents uncared for. Not one complaint from the residents and I can see why. And the VIEW....ICING ON THE CAKE. You won't be disappointed at all
