If someone needs extra care or more assistance in personal care, they might want to go somewhere else. It is a nice clean place and smaller than most other assisted living facilities. The rooms are nice size and equipped with a large bathroom and plenty of closet space.

PositiveThis place is awesome! The staff was very pleasant, and it was very clean. They were entertaining the residents. This would be a great place for mom to live, but you have to pay out of pocket for 2 years, before they accept medicaid.

Very clean. Weekends very unorganized. Activities- they need to include more residents to participate. My husband says no to everything. But if you say hey come on and we're going to do this or that. He'll come. The food situation is his least favorite. He has never eaten gravy on everything. Seems thats all they do. There have been a couple of meals without some kind of sauce and he ate that right up! He is supposed to get a sandwich or hamburger when they have gravy meals. He is very plain with his food. Other…

Addington staff are caring people. The activity director is always present and very active and interactive with the residents. She is the most visible staff there. She does a great job!! The nursing staff is on top of issues with residents, although there were a few notice delays when our resident fell. (No injuries). I think the care is good and we are comfortable with our resident living there. She is in the memory unit. Nothing much happens there. When we visit we are welcome to take her anywhere inside or outsi…

The activity director is awesome. Most of the staff is very pleasant. However, the food is not that great, but they work on it daily and try to take our suggestions. I just love the activity director. She's just the best.
